What Causes High Fever And Pain In Shoulder Blade Radiating To Hip?

I have a bad headache, body aches, and fever from 99.8 to 100.8. I have bad pain on my right side shoulder blade area to hip area. Pain is also across abdomen. This has been going on for 48 hours. All symptoms came on fast. Could this be a kidney stone. Urine is clear but I had a stone 3 years ago. My calcium level on my last blood test was slightly elevated. My DR was not concerned about it.

Fever ,pain in shoulder radiating to hip, and pain around abdomen, these pains can be due to fever itself. Kidney stone pains usauly occur on one side of back that radiates to lower front going to pelvic region or to genitals, so it does not look like that. For fever we have to investigate to find the cause. If i have to treat such a patient i will advice some tests Hb,Tlc,Dlc, mp, blood culture for typhoid, platelets, Ns1 for dengue fever, urine routine,. Before results come i will advice tb dicyclopam with peracetamol three times a day. After reports come treatment will be as per the diagnosis.
