What Causes High Fever And Pus Cells In The Urine?
good afternoon sir my daughter is having fever from last 2days, consulted one of the pedieatrician dr advised to do urine routine, stool test, alkaphine & serum calcium. urine report say Pus cell--12-15 so based on that dr advised for urine culture and dr prescribed ZIFI. can u please help me with this. i wanted now what is the cause for it and your valueble suggestions.

According to culture report your child have been prescribed medication
So complete the course of prescribed antibiotic
Give her more water and fruit juices
Avoid excess spicy foods
If repeated urinary tract infection occur than vesicouretric reflux has to be searched for
