What Causes High Fever With Shivering In A Person Having Endocarditis?

My partner is having high temperatures, sweating but he says he is cold and shivering. Flu like symptoms and in alot of pain in his abdominal area. He has had endocarditis. Has sleep apnea and narcolepsy as well as a hole in his heart. I need help what to do

High temperatures and sweating would be a fever and that might be due to an active infection. You will certainly need to consult a doctor and get the required medication soon, since your partner had a history of endocarditis and some valve or heart problem. Take care.
