Hi, Thanks for writing to HCM. Recurrent infections state a immunocompromised state. Kindly visit a physician and get the following tests done: 1. Complete hemogram. 2. Urine analysis culture and sensitivity 3. HIV test 3. Blood sugar levels. 4. Chest Xray
Also , on long term steroid usage can lower immunity making the person more prone to infections. For fever, paracetamol 500mg 6th hourly shall be helpful.
