Hello there, From your TSH values you are clearly over replaced. Your dose of thyroid hormone is more than what you require. You need to reduce your dose probably to 25 mcg and check TSH again after 6 weeks. For many patients its difficult to arrive at the exact dose initially. Take 25 mcg then take your TSH report to an endocrinologist who can review your dose as required. Being on a higher than required dose of thyroid explains your difficulty to fall asleep and increased heart rate. Hope this helps. Take care.
