I have had my thiamine level tested and it is 132,very high, I understand 30-35 is good.. What would cause such high thiamine levels?Would there be any negative side effect to this high count and what would you suggest my next step to learning more. Thank you
Hello, Welcome Thanks for consulting HCM, You have mentioned that you have increased level of thiamine (vitamin B 1, ) normal range thiamine is 75-185nmol/L so, dont worry it is not toxic, if you are taking any supplement medication for vitamin B 1 , you can stop it, Hope this will help you.
