What Causes Hot Flashes, Dizziness And Tingling Sensation In Face And Fingers?

Had an episode, we were having dinner outdoors. It was very hot outside. Not unusual, we live in Miami. I felt hot, dizzy and tingling in my face and fingers. Beforehand I felt fine. Next, I said I don t feel well . Then I don t remember anything. I woke up. Had vomited on myself. Had no idea why all these people were around me. My husband told me I started shaking, staring and twitching. Went to the ER. Ended up signing myself out. They were concerned about my heart. Said I had PVC.

Hi,

I feel the episode, if it had been never before, can be hypoglycemic vasovegat attack. It is a normal thing to occur in hungry state with added anxiety or stress or alcohol intake. A glass of water with sugar suffices to recover. Recovery is automatic once the stressful things are removed. Though extrasystole (pvc) is possible in such sudden altered condition, once it is seen it is better to undergo a detailed heart check up to exclude or find any heart involvement. Please consult a cardiologist.
