Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

His symptoms could be related to Sjogren's syndrome. For this reason, I recommend consulting with a rheumatologist and performing some blood lab tests in order to investigate on this possible issue. Regarding the troubles with hearing, I would recommend adding sertraline or escitalopram to his therapy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
