What Causes Immune Diseases And Ovarian Cysts During Orgasms?

Only when I orgasm but on the right side of my clitoris (I assume the hood), there is a sharp almost burning sensation at the height of the orgasm. I have many auto immune diseases and ovarian cysts but I have never in 40 years had any issues down there during orgasms. It s kinda painful and I m concerned. I am mad because I never use chemicals or feminine washes and I did recently. I think it started happening soon after. I do not have any abnormal smell or discharge. No infections I know of.... How can I fix this or will it go away on its own?

Hello There

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that either you are developing infections after intercourse or some other pathology is involved. So it is advisable for you to get a urine Analysis and PAP smear done and. consult with reports.

Hopefully this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
