My husband got his left kidney removed in Nov 2015. He was prescribed Autocor, Olmigest am 40, Starpress 20. His pressure became too low. He fell down twice due to reeling of head when he started to get up. During May 2016 we went for checkup. There the doctor prescribed Olmigest 20. Since 2 days his BP is 162/109. He is 62yrs. old. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think the neck pain and shaking is not much related to the deserts he recently had. It can be mostly related to a cold or flu. Taking anti-inflammatory drugs such acetaminophen or ibuprofen for pain is advisable. Also test blood sugar often and keep a low sugar diet to keep the blood sugar within normal levels.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
