General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI,
I understand your concern.
Minera is an IUD with inbuilt hormones. So your symptoms are mostly due to side effects of the hormones The symptoms disappear after few months.
Still you should exclude hyper acidity . Take tablet Gelusil MPS 2 pills to be sucked three times a day. tab Ranitidne 150 mg twice a day if there is pain.Eat non spicy food.
Consult a physician/ your gynecologist if not relieved .
Thanks.
