My heart rate is always around 90-100 bpm. If i walk a bit or climb a few stairs it could go beyond 100. Is that normal? I'm 33 going 34 this year and does not have any medical issue except that the strain on the lower back i got few years back. It still ache now and then if i bend my back a little longer. height is about 165cm, weight is 57kg
A normal heart rate is 60-100 beats/minute. It is less if you exercise and more if you don’t. You may want to consider regular physical activity. Exercise is anything aerobic, repetitive and maintained for longer than 20 minutes. Walking is easiest and probably best. Exercising every day should be your goal. It will help your back as well.
