What Causes Increased Heart Rate And Cough While Bending?

When I drop down to pick something up and sometimes for no reason at all my heat rate will go from a resting rate to a much faster rate. When the heart rate jumps it often make me feel the need to cough, since there is a fluttering feeling in my throat. Is this common? What is it?

Hi,
No, it is not common neither it seems to be a normal one but such a feeling needs to be ruled out for cardiac disease.
It can be due to anaemia, anxiety and stress but it can not be taken as granted for that and symptom need to be taken for EKG and ECHO
