What Causes Increased Heart Rate, Chest Tightness, Headache And Depression?

Whenever I try to fall asleep durin the day, I am awoken by a racing heart...my heart beat so wildly and I feel blood rushing to my head and my heart tightening. I wake up immediately with a headache and with depression that lasts for hours. Any thoughts on this?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. The possible reason for the increased heart rate, chest tightness, headache and depression could possibly be your anxiety. I think these symptoms do not happen at night when you are sleeping. I suggest you to consult a physician first and then a psychologist for anxiety treatment.
