What Causes Increased Heart Rate?
I am a 29 female. My heart rate speeds up then returns to normal. I have what seems to be heart spasms. Also they come more often and last longer now. Yesterday for an hour. WIth this comes my heart pumps very hard and is visibly noticable. It feels as though like I have 2 seperate heart beats sometimes. It is so loud sometimes that it makes my ears hurt. Headaches are also in the picture.
