What Causes Increased Heart Rate?
the symptoms i have happen mabey once a month and always at rest. symptoms include heart rate going from 85 to 160 bpm, slight pressure(unconfortable feeling in chest area) increased SOB very irregular. I go to ER and by the time I get there it is resolves. last sometimes 1-2 hours and goes away.then I feel as though nothing has ever hapened.I feel like they think I'm crazy. I'm a nurse and I know what is happening is real. thanks shawn

First thing you suppose to do is get done the EKG then ECHO to rule out the cardiac disease, without this it would be unclear, but most of the time this is happened due to the stress, depression, hope this information helps.
