I had a cortisone injection in my left knee about a week or so ago, then I had an MRI just this past Saturday, now my knee hurts worst than it did before, did it cook the cortisone or thin it out, it feels like it s running down my leg to my ankle now

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, intra-articular injection may cause the infection and this need to be ruled out till then pain can be managed with "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg" once in day, it may need clinical examination to rule out the infection, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
