Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

As per your case history of Urticaria and increased pus cells, my treatment advice is:

1. Drink plenty of water and avoid fast food.
2. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected skin.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like Levocetirizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like Levofloxacin, Cefadroxil and Azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshit Bhachech
