What Causes Increased Testicle Size After Hernia Operation?

I had hernia operation in 1974 got married in 1982. underwent vasectomy in 1996. during the operation doctor asked me whether i had hernia, i said yes. After few months my right testicle increased in size but there is no pain. the size of the right testicle is approx 3 inches what should I do?I am 55 years old. Height is 165cms. weight is approx 68kgs. I have no heart problems,diabeties,and BP.

You have undergone hernia surgery in 1974 and vasectomy in 1996 and now have noticed increase in size of our Rt testicle without any pain.

This is most .likely to be due to secondary Hydrocele .However this can be confirmed by clinical examination and Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum.

Consult qualified General Surgeon for clinical assessment and for further treatment .
