What Causes Indentation At The Center Of Skull While Suffering From Migraines?

i am a 35 year old female with no health insurance. I have not been for a check up for a couple of years. I noticed an indent in the center of my skull about two inches long. I do suffer from chronic migraines. Is this something i should be really concerned about?
