What Causes Indigestion And Nausea While On Micronor?

I had my surgical abortion 1 ewwk ago. I am taking micronor- oral contraceptive tablets from the next day of my abortion.My problem is Iam having indigestion & nausea from past 4, 5 days. what is the reason for it? is it due to the tablets , I am taking?

Hello,

Nausea and indigestion are from a side effect of the drug consumed. Addition of proton pump inhibitor, antacid syrup in current drug basket will help a great.
