General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood the history related to your Mother who is 85 years old and has elevated Blood Pressure, heart failure and chest pain.
She has developed edema on both feet with redness in front and purple in the back.
This is indicative of a complication called cellulitis and all the diseases and its medicines are responsible for this.

I would advise you the following:
Please rush her to the hospital as she needs immediate attention for cardiac issue, clinical evaluation and further treatment.
Elevate the legs above heart level to get the edema reduced.
She needs treatment in the ICCU, antibiotics if there is an evidence of infection and all the medicines as per the cardiac checkup
I find this answer helpful
