I understand your problem and concern. You had Gall Bladder surgery three weeks back but you have complaint of pain. Whether this pain is continuous or is rhythmic with your respiration needs to be known. My advice is you should conduct Abdominal Ultrasonagraphy. This will help you to know whether the free fluid is still there or whether there is any other Abdominal pathology. This will help to know your appropriate management. Accordingly under your surgeons advice you can go Abdominal CT scan. For the time being you take Aceclofenac twice daily to relieve your pain.
