What Causes Inter Menstrual Bleeding And Abdominal Pain?

6 weeks ago I had surgery to repair a hiatal hernia! .Recovery has been somewhat difficult but usual! However, I have frequent periods of severe abdominal pain, gas, and bloating with severe diarrhea and constpation! Also have developed hemmoriod problems that come and go! Five years ago in December I had a diverticulitis attack putting me in the hospital for several days. And----I have a prolapsed vagnal wall in which I made the temporary decision to use a Pessory until deciding on surgery! That was two years ago! I have had bladder repair 3 times and the last time was almost 4 years ago and was difficult- resulting in not looking forward to another one that is more involved! Was trying to avoid surgery but then the hernia thing happened!! My lastcolonoscopy was 10 yrs ago this coming February which was s what I was told to do! That is my background in abdominal, digestive, and bladder issues! I m 71 yrs old and very active with husband and grandchildren! My question is- since I m have this severe pain frequently, which direction should I turn first! I had planned to call my general practice today. Should I schedule he colonoscopy first to rule out anything in that area, or see my surgeon who did hernia surgery first? Surgery was on Sept 30 and. Saw him Oct 8. My next spot is to be Nov 17 when I should be dismissed. I know this will s lengthy so thanks for your time help get me mull through this thought!
