What Causes Inter-menstrual Bleeding?

hello , I would like to ask about my health actually I'm done with my menstruation last october 27,2012 for 7 days but after 10 days I'm encountering bleeding , a heavy bleeding for almost 3 days then until know there still but its lighter , what can you say about it
