What Causes Inter Menstrual Spotting?
period started 9/20/12 seemed to end on 24th but yesterday i had dark pink to light red bleeding-just some spots of it throughout day and then it stopped but on top of that cramps like still having period and lower back pain. nothing today but back pain. is something wrong? or is just residual period?

Intermenstrual spotting can be due to hormonal irregularities so I will suggest you to have a thyroid profile test and prolactin test done.
