What Causes Intermittent Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea And Red Urine?
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...hi. I have sever stabbing pain in upper abdoment since day before yesterday. The pain going and coming not continuous. But when it start it is really pain. Yesterday diarrea started and urin become reddish in color. I can not eat anything even water hurt me. I lost 3kg.

You are not taking orally means that you will get concentrated urine with high color common. But abdominal pain and diarrhea may be due to gastroentritis or food poisoning.
So, if you are not taking orally, consult your physician so that he/she will examine and treat you with IV fluids and appropriately.
