Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Intermittent Fever With Sweats, Enlarged Liver And Blood Clots In Legs?
Male 63 been hospitalised for 3+ weeks. Has been in AF and on warfarin for almost 3 months now awaiting a stop/start procedure. Fever on and off with sweats lasting about 20 mins. Enlarged liver and occasionally vomitting bile. High white blood count. Now has blood clots in both legs. MRI/CT scans inconclusive. Tropical diseases ruled out. Bone marrow samples due to be taken. Any ideas?
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern and I could say that this could be nonspecific type of symptoms and right now does not indicate any disease unless have some investigative clue for this, but this is nothing to worry about this, and this would come around, take care and have a nice day.
