What Causes Intermittent Fever?

i have been suffering from the fever for 4 days.my age : 27,weight:75kgs,height:174 cm.i had lab reports ,malaria:negative and urine test and all are normal only, but why i am getting fever,if i use paracetamol dolo 650 , i will be normal for 3 hrs,later temp will increase again.

As your fever is associated with any other symptoms like fatigue,cough,urinary tract irritation,muscle pain,headache, or any other.
because certain type of viral fever will be there for 5 to 10 days without any associated symptoms.
as your lab report says normal.kindly visit a internal medicine specialist to rule out the cause behind your fever by examining you and further needed investigation.
