What Causes Intermittent Heavy Vaginal Bleeding With Clots Post Child Delivery?

I had my second c section nine months ago. August 2 i got my third period since haveing my baby an i have been bleeding since August 2. there was about five days at the end of the month i thought i was finally off but September 3 i started again an heavy an a lot of clots since August. i have no pain. I change my pad when i wake up twice during the day an before i go to bed. I am still nursing . should i be worried??

Passage of clots nine months after having caserean section needs to be investigated. This can be due to retained products of conception. I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment and thus management.
