What Causes Intermittent Pain In Right Hip Inspite Of Taking Advil?
severe pain in right hip. happens off and on for weeks at a time. feels like its in the hip bone. advil and motrin barely help but, aleve works well on it. exercise makes it worse. uncomfortable to lay down to sleep - pain wakes her up. recently the left hip felt the same pain but, not nearly as severe and disappeared within a couple of days. this has been going on for well over a year - maybe 2 or more.
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
There are many conditions that commonly cause hip pain. Arthritis. Osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis are among the most common causes of hip pain. I suggest to do a rheumatoid factor level for further evaluation. Meanwhile,I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms. I also suggest gentle stretching exercises.
Hope my answer was helpful.
