Hello,

How old are you?? Since when you're suffering from this condition. Cervical spondylosis or median nerve compression or radiculopathy or osteoarthritis of shoulder joint may present during sleep.

But until the examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get it done X-ray of the cervical spine, nerve conduction study and color Doppler of Upper limbs.

Confirm it is a neurological or muscular or articular or vascular problem. Then get it treated accordingly. Till then use pain killer like tramadol with paracetamol twice a day for five days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
