What Causes Intermittent Sore Throat, Ear Pain, Pressure In Face And Eye Pain?

Hello my name is mindy I went through chemo and radiation and was not sick at all for 2 years after in the past 4 weeks it comes and goes soar throat ear ache in both ears but not all the time pressure in face eye pain stiff neck head ache and cold chills if I take ibuprofen my throat stops hurting. What would u suggest. To help make it stop

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain it seems like infection in throat, ear and sinuses and the symptoms of pain and discomfort are due to it..
Pain and pressure in face and headache and eye pain seems to be due to infection in sinuses..
The other symptoms are also indicative of infection..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Otoscopy of ear, PNS View and MRI of sinuses and complete blood picture can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
He can advise you antibiotics like Augmentin or Azithromycin, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, do warm saline gargles, steam inhalations and use a humidifier in your room..
Avoid spicy and chilled foods and take ample of rest.
