What Causes Intermittent Tingling Sensation On Left Side Of Neck And Hand?

I ve been experiencing a tingling sensation on left side of my neck, head and ear lately. The sensation comes and goes throughout the day; doesn t last too long. I can t determine any pattern to the sensation. Any idea what this is and what I should do bout it?
