What Causes Intermittent Vaginal Bleeding Along With Abdominal Cramps?

I ve been having some problems for a while now. I have a discharge with an odor, I m bleeding in between my normal periods, and I cramp more severely than I ever have. I have very painful cramps when I have an orgasm. I ve already been to the doctor and had blood work and basic std test and also a Pap test but they didn t find anything. They just put me on birth control. What else could it be?

u seem to have some sort of vaginal infection and generalised vitamin mineral deficiency. treat symptomatically and u should be fine.Nothing to worry about.
