What Causes Involuntary Semen Discharge With History Of Regular Masturbation?
Hello, I used to masterbate a lot (atleast once in a day). I tried many times to stop but always failed. I always felt the eager and fail. But this time i made a strong mindset. And for the first time in last 6 years (minimum) i have not masterbate for 12 days and no plan to break the thread. But thing is i observe a small amount of sperm coming out sometime (while on bathroom Comoro) ( no night falls yet) Any reason for that? One more thing i was a hardcore smoker too but i stopped smoking (nonsmoking from.last 50 days). And my body always best in producing sperms. ( I observed this) Thank you.
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Based on your description, I should congratulate you for quitting smoking. Also, spacing masturbation is a good achievement. Kindly continue with it as it will keep you healthy. Coming to your problem of small amount of semen coming out, it can be considered as normal. Some amount of secretions from prostate gland comes out normally in many men. It may increase during constipation as there is pressure from rectum on prostate gland. You can take stool softener like Isapgol Husk powder at bedtime to avoid constipation and helping in easy evacuation of stools. Hope the information provided would be helpful.
