What Causes Irregular And Heavy Menstrual Bleeding After A C-section?
I had a c section almost 2 years ago... I have since had irregular heavy bleeding with clots... I had an ablation 3 weeks ago... I just expelled a suture with a knot... could this be my body did not dissolve the sutures and caused irritation and bleeding?

The sutures gave during c-section usually undergo dissolution within six weeks. It is unusual to expel suture two years after c-section.
