My digestion is very slow, meaning my bowel movements are very irregular. I m looking for what I should be eating to speed things up a bit. I find that when I eat, the food seems to be piling up and causes bloating. Some other observations I ve made was that, I don t react to sugar or refined products with a sugar rush, but sometimes just a crash. When I do however end up having a bowl movement, everything seems to empty out and the volume is pretty large. What should my diet look like? Any supplements I should be taking? Do I have a disease or illness?
