What Causes Irregular Continous Period Bleeding?

I am on micronor birth control pills and have been for about 6 years now. All of sudden about 6 months ago I started bleeding every other week.
It is getting very stressful and I fee like I am running out of options.
I am only allowed to be one progestrone only pills

Hi,
Since you have had this problem of irregular bleeding for the past six months, you need to consider certain factors like coagulation profile, circulatory disturbances secondary to the pill, weight changes that could lead to increased need for hormone thereby causing imbalance and also hepatic causes. I would ask you to see a physician in consultation with your gynecologist for a proper appraisal and the need to switch to alternate form of contraception. Hope you find this information useful.
