What Causes Irregular Menstruation Post C-section Surgery?

I had my tubes removed after having a c-section in February. I had a cycle in the beginning of May and didn t have another one until the first of August. I am currently still bleeding which has gotten heavier thus week. The first week was brownish color,then the next week was a regular flow.This week is heavier. Do I need to take iron pills to slow my flow?

since tube has been removed the period is not important for you. for all such problem consult gynecologist.can go for hemogram and if iron deficiency detected then you can take iron supplement like dexorange.
