General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the excruciating pain with irregular periods and discomfort related to bowel movements, indicate possible pathology at various levels like:
- Endometriosis
- Endometrial hyperplasia
- Uterine fibroid or leiomyoma
- Ovarian cysts
- Adenomyosis uterus

However, in my clinic, after clinical examination, I do recommend an ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis for further best evaluation and management guidelines accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
