What Causes Irregular Periods After Taking Overall Pill?

doctor, I am not having my menstruation period. I am newly wed girl. Last month i took contraceptive pill called Overall on my 5th day of menstruation period. According to that pill, i consumed pill for 21 days, and it's my 4 day i have finished my pills i am not having my period regularly. what may be the reason??

i am 23 years old.
