What Causes Irregular Periods Along With Heavy Vaginal Bleeding With Clots?

Hi,My Wife used to have regular cycles every 26 days. But last month she had her menses 3 days early and the same has happened this month as well. Also for the last three cycles she is having heavy bleeding with clots of blood in the discharge. Is there anything to be worried about.

Your wife is having polymenorrhagia,which could be because of hormonal imbalance. Prolonged such cycles could cause anaemia. I advise you to consult a gynaecologist for proper diagnosis.
