I had irregular periods and I went for a sonography and the results are as follows : Uterus - there are changes of adenomyosis seen and a small intramural firoid is seen the posterior wall of the uterus measuring 9X8X7 mm. there is minimal collection seen in the endometrial cavity and its single wall thickness measures .6mm. and overies - A hypoechoic mass is seen in the right ovary measuring 1.6 X 1.3 cms.. is it matter to worry? what is this condition and what should be done next?
