What Causes Irregular Periods With Tiredness And Frequent Urination?

basically,

im 20 and about 2 months ago, took the morning after pill however i feel it hasnt worked for me. ive been having very irregular periods which have lasted 2-3days which have been very light, and ive been suffering from tiredness, i go to the toilet more oftern and i get lower back ache headaches, and abdomanal pain. i took pregnancy tests which have come back negative, however i think they are false negatives due to the fact my periods are so irregular, its hard for me to know when to take the test. can you help? is there any other way of telling?

Hey there.
After going through your question, my opinion is that
1) You are most probably not pregnant.
2) The reason is that you had taken a morning after pill, plus all pregnancy tests were negative.
3) However, there are other means to confirm pregnancy.
4) You can get a serum beta HCG done which can give a diagnosis of pregnancy.
5) If you want a sure shot method, get a pelvic ultrasound done which will definitely tell you if you are pregnant.

I hope this helps.
Thanks,
Dr. Shikha Shah
