What Causes Irregular Periods,abdominal Cramps And Tiredness?

hi. i am concerned because i have been experiencing symptoms of pregnancy for about 1 week now and im confused because im now bleeding 4 days before my period is supposed to come. Whats concerning me is that i have no cramps and im extremely tired to the point where i dont want to get out of bed. i also woke up this morning a little queasy. Im normally very regular and cramp bad when i get my periods. My last period was on march 31st 2015. can you help?

You need USG of abdomen and HCG levels to be done. This will tell the exact pathology and about the pregnancy status.
