What Causes Irritation In Ears?
I have felt movement in my ear for sometime now, also noticed a small lump under my chin,back of my my neck has also been numb,I feel a little pain when I push above my eye. This is all on the left side. The small lump under my chin seems to have gotten smaller. When I pushed on it I could feel mositure in my ear. When I push on my ear I can tell it has water or something in it,also cannot hear as well on that side.

most commonly this symptom is associated with impacted wax .
swelling under your chin reduces by its own.
but u need examination of ur ear if not subsiding on its own.
if u have more irritation , it could be fungal infection also.
