General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms are in relation with recurrent Pseudomonas infection of the inner or middle ear cavity most likely. The underlying cause can be of various reasons as:
- Drug resistant strains (not cured as per culture reports)
- Tympanic membrane perforation (most common cause)
- Recurrent wax collection with secondary nidus of infection
- Epithelial cell shedding
- Low immunity from immune deficiency states
- Diabetes
- HIV or other grave issues

Kindly provide me all data of CT scan, otoscopy, culture swab and lab data during further management in your case.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
