hello thank you for trusting HCM dear many causes for itching in anus like eczema or dermatitis around anus, allergy to soap or chemical.parasite infection like pin worm . fissure or hemorrhoids,poor hygeine etc. avoid alcohol and spicy food.avoid chemical or soap may cause this problem. maintain good hygiene,don t apply chemical around anus.take high fiber diet,avoid dairy products.use sitz bath.still symptoms persist consult your surgeon he will examine for cause of bleeding treat you accordingly.
