What Causes Itching In The Upper Arm-skin Of Both Hands?

getting extreme itching in my arm upper armskin, about a month, ocmes on same time every evening about 8 and lasts til i fall asleep, first ,y right arm, now my left arm. fairly rapid onset of pain and weakness in both hands and fingers for the last two weeks. waking up in middle of night with numbness in both arms and hands, this started a few nights ago.

Hi as per your history is concerned do a full blood count with differential.
Take vitamin B-12 injection 2ml 4 times weekly upto one month ,then once a month every month.
Take a full course of[ DEC]+steroid+Doxycyclin
